Philip has ultimate responsibility for the Investment Portfolio. This includes managing the Property Management Team and the day-to-day running of our properties. In addition, Philip’s role is to identify and deliver asset enhancement initiatives in conjunction with the Company’s overall strategy.
Simon’s responsibilities involve the day to day management of all commercial sites within the Hargreaves portfolio together with assisting the team with new lettings, lease renewals and rent reviews.
Helen has overall responsibility and accountability for the Group’s development portfolio and development team, including delivery of all existing development pipeline and sourcing new development opportunities.
Annette’s role is to support and provide administrative assistance to the Finance Director and wider Finance Department.
Robina’s responsibilities are to comprehensively store and archive all data and documents whilst providing assistance to the Managing Director, Chairman and wider Management team.
Hayley will focus on all aspects of sales ledger and credit control processes, as well as other finance support areas.
Sheila provides support and secretarial assistance to our Residential Department. Additionally she is the first point of contact for external enquiries.
Kim deals with the purchase ledger processing and direct debit information.
Claire is responsible for Accounts payable department and looks at ways to improve efficiency through processes.
Helen primarily deals with sales ledger processing, bank reconciliations, credit control and also payroll.
Michael will assist the financial controllers with statutory reporting requirements, maintain the management reporting and implement process and system improvements to grow with the business.
Anthony is responsible for the preparation of the Group and Subsidiary Company Accounts for audit, annual statutory returns, management reporting and administration of accounting software systems.
Neil has overall responsibility for the Finance Department. The finance team will support the business in both commercial and financial decision making. Coupled with this, safeguarding the financial position of The Hargreaves Group.
Steve works closely with the Property Management Department to ensure completeness and accuracy of tenant charges, dealing with all accounting and financial reporting requirements relating to the Group’s property portfolio.

Carole ensures the smooth running of support services for the Property Management Team. This includes being a customer first point of contact, the updating of management systems, population of legal documents and providing administrative assistance.
Sarah manages the Company’s extensive residential investment portfolio, manages refurbishments and day to day maintenance and the acquisition of additional residential property for the Group.
Robert will primarily be working on development projects with Richard, as well as undertaking a review on emerging planning policy, and being involved in the management of the current investment portfolio.
Russell focuses on rent reviews and lease renewals across the entire Hargreaves commercial portfolio, together with assisting on asset management initiatives.
Tim’s role is focused on the examination of potential investment opportunities whilst reviewing and raising funding to enable further acquisitions. The role also involves pro-active asset management of the Company’s existing Investment Portfolio.
Richard is Chairman of the Board and has the responsibility for holding management to its strategic goals and ensuring the Board is effective and suitably experienced.
Alastair has overall responsibility for developing and overseeing the Hargreaves Group of Companies business strategies and ensuring the growth of the Hargreaves Portfolio for future generations. Alastair is a main Board member.
